Return and Refund Policy

At OSKOS, we pride ourselves on featuring only the highest quality products, all crafted from sustainable materials and handmade with care. While we do not offer returns, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we are prepared to offer an exchange, provided the product meets one of the following conditions:

1. An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
2. The product has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.
3. The product is of a different size.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The exchange request need to be raised within 48 hours from the date of delivery.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@oskos.co. In the email subject mention "Request for Return", and in the email body, mention the order id, order date, item details and transaction value. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours from the date of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please note that refunds are issued in the form of store credit only when an exchange is not possible. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded of the entire purchase amount excluding any discounts in the form of coupon, which can be used in the website for any further purchases within a period of 1 year.
The coupon will be sent in the registered email address. In case the coupon is not delivered within 48hrs, please contact us at support@oskos.co.
